Her family has been involved in the property development industry in the United Kingdom since the 1970’s. Over the past few years Lana Naghshineh has become active in the buying and selling of luxury residential properties in the South Florida area. LMN Legal PA is a boutique, minority, and female-owned corporation in the luxury construction and property law/mediation sector.

Over the course of her career, Lana Naghshineh has worked for international developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, property owners and ultra-high net-worth individuals and real estate funds. She has significant experience managing the unique needs of these parties.

Lana Naghshienh supports clients with a wide range of construction-related matters, including breach of contract claims, lien foreclosures, bond and surety disputes, negligence, and construction defects or deficiencies. She manages cases through the entire litigation process, working closely with expert witnesses to support or defend claims of liability and damages. Her guidance through alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, or trial proceedings has proved invaluable to clients.

In addition, she provides pre-construction support, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, financing agreements, and sales agreements, administering contracts, and analyzing insurance coverage and compliance issues under Florida construction law. Lana works to leverage her extensive network of owners, insurers, vendors, and purchasers to protect her your interests.
